This lucky winner received a $500 gift certificate to enjoy a Whisky Tasting Experience at one of the top whisky restaurants in North America, Via Allegro Restaurant. Ingredients:

• Homemade caramel
• Microwave popcorn
• Crown Royal

Recipe: 
Fill a jar with two pieces of hardened caramel. Add 2oz. Crown Royal Whisky. Fill the rest of the jar with
freshly popped popcorn. Let it sit for 2 min in order for the caramel to mix with the crown and the aroma
of the popcorn to infuse with the spirit. Strain into glass with one round ice cube. Garnish with caramel/popcorn
brittle and serve.
